These terms govern access to the Eterna Bloom website (eteriabloom.com) and the purchase of products offered under this brand (trade name Eteriabloom).

2. Scope
The website lets users browse preserved-flower compositions, create an account, place orders, manage their customer profile, and contact the owner.
3. Ordering process
To place an order, the customer must add products to the cart, complete a delivery address in Spain, sign in when the site requires it, choose an available payment method, and confirm the order with an obligation to pay.
4. Prices
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed. Orders above the threshold published on the site may qualify for free delivery.
5. Payment
Only the payment methods shown at checkout at the time of purchase are accepted. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are made in Spain and depend on stock, a valid postal code, and carrier availability. The carrier is assigned by the seller via Sendcloud; the customer does not choose the courier. Displayed timeframes are estimates and may change due to logistics load, destination, carrier incidents, or force majeure.
7. Availability and changes
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will inform the customer as soon as possible and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, an amendment, or a refund.
8. Right of withdrawal
Unless a legal exception applies, consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, without giving a reason.
Withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised goods, or in other cases excluded by consumer law.
To withdraw, write to eteriabloom@gmail.com and identify the order. Refunds, where due, are issued without undue delay and within the legal period.
9. Damage, defects, and complaints
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with a visible issue, the customer should tell us within a reasonable time after receipt, preferably with photographs and a short description. EU consumers benefit from the legal conformity guarantee.
10. Acceptable use
Users agree to use the website lawfully and not to damage, interrupt, or compromise the service, other users, or third parties.
11. Intellectual property
Website content, including text, images, branding, and design, is protected and may not be used without permission except as allowed by law.
12. Data protection
Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy published on the website.
13. Amendments
These terms may be updated. The version published on this page applies.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Unless consumer law provides otherwise, disputes are submitted to the courts of Barcelona. If the user is a consumer, nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights or the courts of the consumer’s place of residence where the law so provides.
