Delivery terms
We deliver in Spain. Cost, estimated time and availability are shown at checkout based on the postal code and the items in the order. Shipping is free from EUR 150.
Shipping calculation
The price is calculated automatically at checkout from the postal code and the boxes in the order. The customer does not choose a carrier — we assign it.
Free shipping
Orders from EUR 150 include free shipping.
Estimated timeframe
The timeframe is shown before payment. It is an estimate and may change with the area, logistics load, or carrier incidents.
Tracking
After confirmed payment we prepare the shipment. When the carrier supports it, tracking appears in the customer account.
Payment terms
Payment is made online by card via Stripe. Only the methods shown at checkout are available at that moment.
Card payment
Stripe processes the payment securely. We do not store full card details.
Order confirmation
The order moves to preparation once payment is confirmed. Until then it stays awaiting payment.
